Yes you can! I’m not vegan, but I drank soy milk instead because I dislike regular milk, but I’m vegetarian and I ate soy burgers for the day!

Yes! It seems like it would be difficult to do, but it’s sooooooo easy to follow, and you can eat as much fruit as you want! Ah-mazing.

Awesome diet!

I’ve lost 8 pounds in 7 days! I feel awesome on top of it. If you’ve read the post I wrote a week ago you’d know I was doing this cleansing diet and it totally works!

Although it says you would lose 17-20lbs, I only lost 8. But let me tell you I barely exercised at all this week, and by that I mean I didn’t step into the gym once!

Its super easy to follow, and it’s totally healthy!

Ok!

Just wanted to apologize for not keeping this blog updated! :(

Personally I’ve been dealing with somethings in my life, and struggling to keep up with things. (This includes my diet/exercise).

Anyways, I’M BACK! YAY!

And if you’re still reading, and haven’t scrolled away yet, thank you.

Starting back on the healthy path. 

D and I are going to be doing this 7 day diet thing she found. Looks awesome, cannot wait to do it! (If you want the deets on it, message us!)

If it turns out succsessful next sunday we will post it on here! So just think of us as your guinea pigs! :)

I’ll be updating this blog on it too, i.e progress, weight, etc.

30 Day Weigh Loss Challenge! #19 & 20

Day 19- When is the last time you ate fast food?

Last time I ate fast food was about 6-7 months ago. That was before I was a vegetarian, and now fast food just disgusts me! I mean, I understand that some places have salads, and vegetarian friendly foods, but a lot of them are more unhealthy then other things on the menu, so I just avoid fast food places all together! :)


Day 20- Favorite diet?

I don’t have a specific favorite diet! And I’m not on a ‘diet’ now. I’m just eating healthy! To me a diet sounds like it’s a short term thing, and I want to continue eating healthy for the rest of my life! So fruits and veggies all the way!

Hope everyone’s kicking butt and taking names on their journey to getting fit so far!
